What you will do.
Your mission would be to help the team, colleagues, and customers to understand and utilize the Triage24 product to the fullest, and at the same time with your deep product knowledge and understanding of our users, contribute to future product improvements together with your team members in the product team.

The role as a product specialist collaborates closely with several parts of the organisation as well as working together with potential new customers. Your client-facing responsibilities will include the preparation and presentation of product demonstrations and detailed onboarding of the triage product series. Combining your patience, talent for collaborative processes, and expert knowledge of our product you will help customers realize our visions about accessible, safe, and efficient health care.
You will for sure be the go-to-person and know the Triage applications by heart, making spot-on materials for users and customer training and also help with product strategies for how to develop the application in current and future markets, prepare and manage workshops, educations, demos, and benchmarking towards other markets and competitors.
To be successful in this role, we believe that you have/are
Have a medical background - either as a doctor/nurse or an engineering background with a focus on health care
A technical understanding of software applications, and how they are built
A good communicator - conveys information with clarity & listens effectively
